30 or 60 minute group training classes run in our IGNITE studio by the best team coaches in Ottawa! You will be led through a series of strength and conditioning exercises while being coached and motivated in a small group setting to ensure you are getting the most out of your workout. Any fitness level welcome!

MOVE 30
30 minute low impact group training held in our back fitness studio. With a combination of both strength and endurance throughout the 30 minutes using light dumbbells and body weight exercises. Any fitness level welcome!
YOGA
Led by our highly educated Yoga instructor you will be taken through an hour of practising connecting the body, breath and mind. If your focus is to reduce stress, improve posture, or generally improve on your overall health, this class is for you!
